Newamstar Liquid Milk Packaging Machine can be applied to a wide range of beverage products. Based on the aseptic cold filling technology, the Company has developed an aseptic Blowing-Filling-Capping Combibloc that integrates solutions of blowing bottles, packaging materials sterilization, filling and capping. The equipment has perfect package hygiene conditions and complete sterilization process. The complete isolation area guarantees the sterility in the liquid packaging process, providing the perfect packaging service for highly-and-low-acid products.

Mainly used for packaging PET bottles of juice, liquid milk, tea, energy drinks, etc.

9. Filling methods with a variety of flow rates can achieve alternate filling speeds to meet different characteristics of beverage filling.
10. Disinfectant-immersed or in-line spray-type bottle cap sterilizer.
11. Automated process inspection, control, and data report and record systems to provide aseptic monitoring for all key aspects of the production line.
12. Complete CIP, COP, SIP, SOP cleaning systems to ensure the process safety of the filling environment.

The multifunctional blowing-filling-capping monobloc was researched and developed on the basis of the rich experience of project delivery of Newamstar blowing-filling-capping machines. Based on “blowing unit”, “filling unit” and “capping unit”, it uses servo system for synchronous control through integrated multi-disciplinary application of light, machine, electricity, gas to realize integrated control and production for multiple equipment, improving the entire line of production efficiency, reducing investment costs, energy consumption and maintenance costs.
